GENERAL INTERNSHIP

Our internships are designed to have you take on a “hands on” role in our business
regardless of whether you join our Product, Marketing or Retail teams as we are looking for
ESYE’s future leaders – people who are passionate, driven and have outstanding potential.
Mentoring
You will be assigned a supervisor to guide your learning journey throughout your time here at ESYE.
We will tailor a development plan for you after hearing out your career and growth aspirations.
You will also receive regular check-ins with your supervisor and our founder during the entire duration of your internship.
Building your Foundation
You will be given various opportunities to demonstrate your new professional skills and
knowledge throughout the internship, thus providing you a strong foundation to start building your career.
Our ultimate goal is to bring great talents to ESYE. Hence,
all ESYE interns will have the opportunity to be considered for a full time role.
Departments & Projects
You will be assigned to one department during the duration of your internship, function as a full member of the team and achieve business objectives through your daily responsibilities. You may be required to participate in other cross-related projects during your internship.

SOURCING & PRODUCTION INTERNSHIP
You will be responsible in assisting our Product Team for tracking the production progress from design developments leading up to launch for products across categories and lines. You will also assist in all aspects of liaising with our manufacturers from sampling prototypes, production and quality control.
Main Responsibilities
Assist in liaising with our manufacturers
Assist in communicating with our marketing and creative teams for project launches and campaign photoshoots
Assist in ensuring that all project launches roll out on time
Source for new tailors and manufacturers that fits our product manufacturing requirements
Follow up on new tailors and manufacturers leads and upkeep a database of both
Source and upkeep a database of suppliers for fabrics and embellishments for ESYE and Atelier
Assist in quality checks for all products received from our manufacturers
Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Fashion or Business related field
Minimum commitment of 6 months or longer preferred
Knowledge and/or interest in garment and textile production process
Good understanding/awareness of seasonal and industry trends
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to multitask with strict adherence to timelines
A fast learner, meticulous and detail oriented
Effective communication skills

DIGITAL MEDIA INTERNSHIP
Main Responsibilities
Assist the Marketing team to plan, develop and execute creative and effective media strategies and content ideas across social media activities/platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Map out and drive comprehensive social media strategies, and community outreach campaigns for the purposes of quality follower growth and engagement
Continuously recommend new ideas/strategies/tactics and implement them
Monitor and review results of campaigns and recommend strategic changes to optimize result
Build and manage the brand’s profile and online presence
Create and spread brand awareness appropriately
Launch and boost cost effective e-commerce social media campaigns based on budget given
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Communication/Journalism/Social Media Marketing
Proficient in English
Minimum commitment of 3 months with 6 months preferred
Creative – an eye for good design and a generator of new and interesting ideas/concepts
Photography and videography skills suitable for social media platforms
Active on social media on a personal level

MARKETING INTERNSHIP
Main Responsibilities
Assist in executing marketing efforts set by the team
Assist in development and planning of new products and new product launches
Assist in generating contents and visuals for our social media accounts
Stay abreast of emerging marketing trends to develop effective marketing strategies
Calendar and timeline management – keep track of overall marketing calendar and ensure timeliness in both planning and execution
Assist in managing CRM Loyalty Program and member lifecycles
Work closely with Retail Managers to review/identify areas of opportunities to drive traffic and sales to stores
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing
Proficient in English
Minimum commitment of 3 months with 6 months preferred
Retail centric and focus with a strong interest and passion for the fashion industry
Creative – an eye for good design and a generator of new and interesting ideas/concepts
Active on social media on a personal level
Excellent in presentation and communication skills

RETAIL OPERATIONS INTERNSHIP
Main Responsibilities
Prepare/consolidate monthly inventory reports and all other administrative day-to-day tasks
Work together with Retail Manager to ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations for all stores
Conduct regular store visits on a daily basis as well as weekly/monthly market visits (such as competitor stores)
Identify and penetrate new areas for sales promotions
Assist Retail Manager for material coordination and arrangement
Liaise with third parties (department store supervisors, managers)
Requirements
Proficient in English
Minimum commitment of 3 months with 6 months preferred
Preferably some prior experience in the retail industry
Proactive and solutions driven with a strong work ethic
Task-oriented with good time management skills
Effective communication skills
